Do I need to arrange check-out?
Yes. As a condition of your contract you need to be present at a check-out inspection of your accommodation so we can agree if there's any damage and so you can confirm where you'd like us to send your deposit cheque. Your deposit will be returned within 10 working days after the termination date of the tenancy.
