Even if this is not your first time away from home, you need to be sure that where you choose to live is safe and secure. We are upgrading all the existing security facilities such as coded Key Fob entry to the site and the 24 hour manned reception with CCTV, night security and weekend patrols. For 2010 there will also be:

• Full time Manager and assistant to provide pastoral care and maintenance team
• 24 hour physical security with upgraded and monitored new CCTV utilising motion detection and face recognition systems to cover the full site perimeter
• Improved existing and new security fencing.

Our site is managed by CRM Students, the UK's leading independent manager of student accommodation. Over the years, CRM Students has developed strong relationships with universities and is now regarded as a preferred supplier for quality student accommodation – bringing experience and trust to the market. CRM Students is also accredited to the National Code of Standards for student accommodation management and their Managing Director, Keith White is a member of its management committee.

We don’t impose too many house rules. However, there are a few things we’d like you to take into consideration – like respecting your neighbours and your accommodation – all common sense stuff. Its all in the Welcome Pack you will receive from CRM on arrival. This way we can ensure every student who lives with us is safe and enjoys their time at university.
